AES, Inc. services only the top lines of equipment and is excited to be seeking a full-time food service equipment technician to service Henny Penny equipment around the Quincy, MA area. The ideal candidate has a service orientation and great communication skills.

If you have a heart for service, the ability to think critically, are well-spoken, and have an assortment of technical capabilities we want to speak with you! Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to be flexible with assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work overtime and be on an emergency “on-call” rotation including weekends and holidays.
• Able to adhere to stated company policies.
• Able to demonstrate technical competence (i.e., ability to read schematic diagrams, operate standard diagnostic equipment, tool operation, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with no major moving violations
• Experience with MS Office
• Basic knowledge of the use of hand tools
